The workers were ready and willing to help when I came into the shop. My bike was ready the next day. They know bikes, and because mine is old and not so nice, they replaced my old bent rim with a used rim. This cut the cost of the rim almost in half. I was able to pay them to put the used rim on the bike and got a new innertube for my other wheel for what it might have costed me for a new rim, and without the HASSLE! Very thankful for this convenient bike shop.
