Amazing quality of service. Yesterday Chris came to assess and pick up our bikes. He noted in detail all obvious work as well as potential issues including prices. This morning what looks and feels like two brand new bikes came back. Chris' care for the bikes is impeccable with no surprises when it comes time to pay - not to mention a 24 hour turnaround! I am so thankful and pleased with his service.
